Sweet, Sweet Chicken Dust

This is a seasoning for grilling some of the best chicken you have ever tasted. Especially good on thighs.

Ingredients

• 3 tsp Brown Sugar
• 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 2 tsp Paprika
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Old Bay
• 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Dill Seed
• 1/4 tsp Celery seed
• a pinch of Cayenne Powder or Red Pepper Flakes if you like it spicy

You can also vary the flavor with 1 part Ranch Powder instead of Old Bay to give it a little twist.
