  • Upgrading old cameras:
  1. SCP the firmware $binary to the /tmp folder of the camera
    1. on older hardware, HTTPS fails and you might try HTTP instead
  2. SSH in to the camera
  3. cd /tmp
  4. mv $binary to fwupdate.bin
  5. fwupdate -m
